SWARPDocs does not collect, store or share any personal data.

• ›No account and no sign-in.
• ›No advertising, analytics or tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
• ›The app does not connect to our servers or to any other server. Your documents never leave your device unless you share them yourself.
• ›We do not sell data, and we have no data to sell.

Everything SWARPDocs does with your files happens on your device: opening, converting, editing, signing, compressing, scanning and text recognition (which uses Apple's on-device Vision framework).

• ›Documents are stored in the app's own folder on your device, which you can also see in the Files app.
• ›When you share or export a file, it goes only where you send it, for example Mail, Messages or Files. What happens next is governed by that app or service.
• ›Web pages, e-mails and e-books you convert are rendered offline. Remote images and trackers inside them are never loaded.
• ›If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, the app's documents are included according to your Apple backup settings.

SWARPDocs asks for a permission only when you use the feature that needs it, and you can change your choice at any time in the Settings app.

• ›Camera: to scan paper documents when you start a scan. Scanned images stay on your device.
• ›Photos (read): to convert or insert photos you pick. The system photo picker gives the app only the photos you select.
• ›Photos (add): to save exported page images when you choose Save to Photos.

The app keeps a few things locally so it can work the way you set it up. None of it is sent to us.

• ›Your settings, such as the default export format or page layout.
• ›Signatures you save, and the author name you choose for comments.
• ›Thumbnails of your documents, which you can clear in Settings.
• ›Deleting the app removes all of this, together with its documents.

Apple handles App Store downloads and, if you allow it, device analytics. If you choose to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us crash reports and usage statistics in an aggregated form that does not identify you. Apple's handling of this data is described in Apple's privacy policy.

SWARPDocs is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.

The app gives us no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message only to answer you, based on our legitimate interest in providing support, and we keep them only as long as needed for that.
